About Modular Intelligence
Modular Intelligence is a technology company focused on building intelligent, modular systems for the future
of energy. We develop software and AI-driven platforms that enhance how renewable infrastructure is designed,
managed, and optimized—making clean energy more transparent, reliable, and scalable.
Our products are built as interoperable modules, allowing energy companies, asset owners, and operators to
adopt intelligence layer by layer. By combining engineering insight, data, and artificial intelligence,
Modular Intelligence enables smarter decisions across the entire energy lifecycle.
In the US we are Modular Intelligence Inc., a Delaware corporation led from New York. Our engineering team
works from Karachi as Modular Intelligence (SMC-Private) Limited.

Founder of Modular Intelligence and Solar Citizen / Modular Energy, an engineering-led solar EPC firm. Led development of Solar Connect and Sol AI platforms. Background combines legal training (Bar studies, England) with commercial leadership and hands-on product development. Focused on scaling engineering-first products that bring AI and smart-energy capabilities to industrial customers.

Background in computer science with extensive operational experience at Modular Energy. Led cross-functional operations and played a central role in designing Modular Intelligence's products. Deep domain expertise in solar industry combined with hands-on product engineering. Focuses on building scalable operations and ensuring platforms meet practical needs of industrial energy customers.
Sol AI
Sol AI connects to the inverters you already own over their manufacturer APIs and monitors production at
both site and string level. No extra hardware, no site visit. When a string drops, it says which string,
why, and what it is costing you every month.
It supports 18 inverter brands and polls each system roughly every 11 minutes, across a fleet of
636 live systems and 21 MW in 10 organisations, and has been running in production for over a year.

Smart AC Controller turns any air conditioner into an intelligent, connected device. An
ESP32-powered module pairs with a clean web app, so you can control temperature, build
schedules, and monitor your home climate from anywhere.
It brings the same data-driven intelligence that powers our solar systems to everyday
energy use—making comfort effortless and consumption visible.
